  • What payment modes do you offer?
    Currently our payment modes are only via Paypal and offline payment modes such as paynow and bank transfer (details in checkout page). *We are currently working on providing more payment gateways for better experience.
  • How long does it take to dispatch my order?
    Local deliveries will be dispatched within 2-4 business working days upon order confirmation.
  • How much is your shipping and delivery charge?
    Our local deliveries and shipping are charged at a flat rate of $4.00.
  • How can I track my orders?
    We are currently improving our tracking system. Please standby for further updates.
  • Do you offer self-pickup option?
    We do not offer self-pickup options at this moment.
  • My items are damaged/defective upon received, am I able to exchange or request for a refund?
    You may request for an exchange or refund within 3 days from date of purchase if product is found to be damaged or defective upon receiving. Photo proofs of items and order confirmation are needed to be provided and emailed to for requests. *Please note that exchange requests/refunds are subjected to approval prior verifications/stock availability. Shipping charges for exchange of goods are solely to be paid by requester.
